Is there any way to copy and paste or drag and drop operation like it was in
previous Windows?
It drives me nuts when I have to type the full path of executable I want to
run in that window!

Right click on the file while holding SHIFT and you will get an option to
copy the address to the clipboard.

Thanks. I needed that badly.
I've found around way. First drag & drop into Run box then copy it.

I don't understand why you don't simply start it from Programs or a desktop
shortcut.
In any event, you could use a batch file to run an executable.

??? When you are using the Command Prompt, there are so many times you need
to type in a path.
