command to view security

Hi,

Any command/tool can be used to view security of a
file/folder by non-admin user ?

If a user has read ntfs permissions, they should be able to view
permissions. If that is too much access, try using special permissions in
advanced page and select just list and read permissions for the
ser/group. -- Steve
