Command Prompt

I am running XP Pro with all updates. When trying to
use 'ping' or 'ipconfig' with command prompt I get the
message " 'ping' is not recognized as an internal or
external command, operable program or batch file." This
also happens on ipconfig. Any suggestions?

Which route are you taking? Start/Run/CMD/Ping?
