Is there a way to remove windows components using the command line? For
example, i want to remove outlook express or windows explorer...does anybody
know where a 'silent' command line uninstaller would be for these?

No. You cannot remove Outlook Express or Windows Explorer.
All you can do is remove access to them by deleting the shortcuts
found in your Start Menu.
