Command Line For Shortcuts To Minimize???

Hello,

I was wondering if there was a command I can insert into a shortcut to have
the program minimize when its opend. I have a program I want to start when
windows loads but I want it to automadicly minimize when its opend. Is there
a way to do this?? The program itself dosent have this option.

Create the shortcut, then right-click it and choose "Properties" In the
"Run" box, set it to "Minimized."
