Command Line Argument Outlook Express/Incredimail atttachments

I've been using Incredimail for over a year, but have had
no problems until recently when my computer
crashed and my ISP recommended that I start a new
user/email acct. name.(someone was logged on and using
mine illeagaly)! Now I'm actually using both; my old and
my new email names. I am not sure if any of this the above
has had anything to do with my current problem:
I am not able to open Any of my email attachments. This
window message pops up and says: Cannot Start Microsoft
Outlook The Command Line Argument is not valid Verify the
switch you are using.
I have read Every Command Topic in the MS Outlook and
Express HELP menu, there is nothing using the terminolgy:
Command Line Argument.
Can someone PLEASE help? Just to even point me in the
right direction? I had No idea there was a "Command" area
and knew Nothing of "Switches". I had not ever heard of
either of them until now!?
What happened? How do I fix it?

Makes me crazy...I was late AGAIN for work today.
Appreciate any advise-

What happens if you right-click the attachment and choose "Save As", and
then launch the attachment from My Computer or Explorer?

You might have better responses from an Outlook newsgroup.
