Command Line Alternate Mouse Operation

[Major Malfunction]

I have some users that are left handed. They manually change the mouse in
the control panel to the Left Handed configuration. I'd like to be able to
have this happen from a batch file / command script when they log in. Is
this possible? If anyone can supply the command line info, I can probably
take it from there.

I just want to know, how can someone claim
to be re-elected when they were not elected
the first time?

An easy way would be to invoke a macro, using
a tool such as AutoIt (http://www.hiddensoft.com/AutoIt/).
