Command Buttons

For as long as I have had Access 2003 on my computer (Windows XP)
every time I put a button on a form it automatically starts a wizard
so I can identify what I want the button to do, then all of a sudden
the other day, when I put a button on a form it does nothing and I
have to go into VB to write the code. The problem I am having is I
dont know VB and dont know the code, so I am wondering if anyone out
there has any idea why all of a sudden I can not get the wizard to
work.

I researched the problem on Microsoft and it says some stuff about a
sandbox (safe mode), and Jet 4.0 SP8, but from what I can tell I have
all the updates to the jet engine and when I checked out the security
settings they are on low, so there really should be no reason why the
wizard is being blocked. Any help anyone can provide would be
appreciated, thanks.

There's a "magic wand" icon in the tool box that needs to be depressed for
the wizard to start up automatically.

Sounds as though you might have accidentally clicked on it to disable it.

When you open the Toolbox there's a wizard button at the top. Is it turned
on?
