Have done something to my database

When I attempt to add either a combo box or a command button to any form,
the wizard no longer starts. What have I done? Thought it was down to
security but I have changed the workgroup back to the Access default workgoup.

HELP!!!!!!!!!

You have probably disabled the wizard on your toolbox. In form design (of
any form) click on the wizard's icon once.
