I need to create a command button that gets help from access does anyon
know how to do this?

On the On Click event of the command button, you can put this code...
DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdMicrosoftAccessHelpTopics

Context-sensitive Help is available most of the time via pressing the F1
key.
