Command Button Not Working?!?!

I don't know what happened, but when I'm in design form and click on the
command button, I drop it onto my form, & it just inserts the image. No
dialog box comes up asking if it's a form/report/etc., walking you through
what you want to do. I simply inserts a box on the screen.

I didn't do anything. I use the Command buttons a lot to pull up
forms/reports etc.

I can't say for sure, but I suspect that you've managed to turn off the
control wizards. You don't say what version of Access you're using, but in
Access 2003, this is controlled by a "magic wand" button on the Toolbox
toolbar.
