command button help

Up until about a week ago, when I would open the toolbox, click on the
picture for adding a command button to my form, I would get a popup window
giving the basic functions for command buttons (ie open a form, close form,
add record...). Suddenly that stopped (so far, there is virtually no
security settings in place to keep anyone from making ANY changes to this
dB). Does anyone know how I can get that function back?

Also, for an email function w/command button, how would I get Access to
email an exact copy of the form as viewed by the user? Currently, when the
email button is pushed, it sends out this weird word document that looks
nothing like my form. Users are complaining that it is to difficult to find
the info they want on this document.

Steve,

it looks like the wizard button is disabled. In your toolbox you should see
some kind of magic stick. This button should be presses in order to make the
wizard work. In regards to your email question i'd advice you to creat a
report similar to your form and send that to the users. Sending forms is
usualy not a good option.
