Command Button does not work properly

I have a form, Customer Orders, and a command button at the bottom of the
form set up to preview the invoice.

When I click on the command button "Preview Invoice", I get that message in
a box that pops up. I close that box and I get another box that says it is
closing the preview invoice. I never get to the invoice. what am I doing
wrong??

How can we help when you don't show us what code you're using to open the
report and/or what error message/s you're getting?
