Comcast and Windows 2000

If you have Windows 2000, do you see the behavior described below?

Go to http://tvplanner.comcast.net/, Comcast's TV planner.

Enter your ZIP code.

On my system, the time displayed in the schedule is off by 1 hour.

Seems that Comcast is not treating Daylight/Standard Offset properly.

But it works in Vista.
 
Found the problem!

Apparently, Comcast changed the TV planner software in October, but
neglected to include code that would update the cookie(s) reflecting time
zone info.

I deleted ALL Comcast cookies, and the problem went away.
So, the problem was indeed with comcast's software.
