How can I set up a combo box to filter on a worksheet?

I will have three combo boxes. A user will choose a product in the first
box, that narrows down what appears in the 2nd box. When the user chooses
the item in the second combo box, the third box is narrowed down. When the
user is finished, the records must fill in the spreadsheet.
