Combo Box sorting

I have a three sets of combo boxes that are being answered by employees.
Once they have chosen an answer, I would like to sort by the answers, however
when I highlight the spreadsheet, the combo boxes do not highlight and sort.
Please help. Thanks!
 
If you're using the comboboxes from the control toolbox toolbar, then rightclick
on each combobox and choose format|control

Specify "move and size with cells"

And make sure that the combobox is completely within the cell.
