Combo Box Selection

Hi,

I have combo box working for list of states from table without "United
States". When I select Florida, I got the query for Florida only. I would
like to see "United States" in a combo box not from TABLE along with the
states. If I select "United States" from the combo box, it will give me
all the states.

Can you help me? Your help would be much appreciated.

Adding "All" to a listbox or combobox
