not without some details.
does the combo box droplist have *any* rows? if so, what's missing? are you
getting an error message, and if so, what? is the RowSource a table? a
query? a SQL statement? a value list? a field list? if it's a query or SQL
statement, do you see the correct records when you run it separate from the
combo box?

Sorry I am new to Access, But the combo box its meant to show the contents
from another box, I could zip it and send it to you if you would help me,
Thanks Bob

the purpose of the newsgroups is to analyze and find solutions to problems
from within the forum, in order to help the person posting *and* others who
may read and benefit from the threaded discussion. it requires a willingness
from both "sides" (person who asks a question, and person(s) who answer) to
invest the time in a question/answer dialog. most people who answer
questions here don't often agree to troubleshoot somebody else's db file,
unless that dialog has been both extensive and unfruitful.
it's possible somebody else will offer to work on your db file for you. good
luck, and happy holidays! :)
