Combo box populate

Hi.
I have a form with a combo box that i'd like to populate
with the name of the fields of a table. Is this possible
or do i have to create a table with those names?
The idea is to create a chart that shows the record
information of the field the user chooses.

Ok, i've found the way to populate the combo box, but now,
how do i build the chart with the information for the
chosen field?

Any hints?
