Combo Box Not Working

I set up a Combo Box to do a find on my form so I could pull up certain
records to update. It was working at one time now it will not work. What
have I done to make it stop working?????
 
I had a car once. It ran. Now it doesn't. What did I do?

(You'll need to provide a few more specifics if you want specific
suggestions...)
