combo box...is it really this difficult

I am using MS ACCESS for the first time and trying to create a data base. I
thought I had acheived the most difficult part after I completed the "tables"
part as well as completeing a data entry form that links to it. On my FORM
in design view my tool box shows an button for a combo or list box. It was
easy to get it on the form...but how do I create the list to go in it? It is
for data entry purposes, I would like to create a number of drop down boxes
that when selected you can scroll down and choose an option in the box which
will then automagically fill in the field. I would appreciate any input and
thank you in advance for your help'

Thanks.....Veronica

The best approach here is to let the wizard create the combo box for you.

I used ms-access for a few years, and I STILL use the wizard for a combo
box.

So, make sure that the "magic wand" is selected and highlighted BEFORE you
select the combo box for your screen.

Also, keep in mind that you can have a combo box get filled with values from
a table, or in fact type in a "list" of values directly into the combo box.
