Combo Box Fill-In

In preparation for sending out Request For Quote cover letters (an Access
report), users enter a manufacturer and product on a form. The address
information and fax number of the manufacturer's local rep or distributor is
then printed on the letter.

Some manufacturers, though, have different reps for different product lines,
and certainly for different areas. I will modify the tables and associated
forms to permit more than one rep to be entered per manufacturer.

On this RFQ form, when the user selects a manufacturer, I'd like the
rep/distributor to be entered if there is only one, or if there are more,
present a combo box that filters the reps for that manufacturer.

I know how to filter the combo box, but not how to determine how many
records are returned by the query. Can someone help?
