Combo Box Data Not Outputting to Report Correctly

I have a combo box with a value list where the data is not limited to the list. When it comes to outputting the information from that box onto a report, for some reason only the first item on the dropdown shows up for all records regardless of what we had entered into the control.

This does not happen on other reports that similarly have not-limited to list combo boxes.

Have you found a solution to your problem? I too have a combo box
however, it pulls from a defined list in a table. Nevertheless, when
create a report, only the first item from the drop down menu show
up...
