combining two or more fields

Hello, I've found the syntax, but I need to know where to insert the code
in my query or report form for it to display properly. Right now when I
generate a query, or report no data is returned. Please help.

We can't see your syntax, we can't see your code, we can't see your query,
and we don't know what report you mean.

Usually, if a query returns no rows, there's no data matching the criteria.
