Combining logins

Good Day!

i have a small db with sensitive info, and I have it secured in Access, which
works great, but the db also connects via ODBC to a secured SQL database, so
another login for that system appears. it seems trivial of sorts, but is
there any way to combine the logins like windows does?

I was looking at my setup - i do not have an SQL ODBC, i have a custom ODBC
to the software that uses the SQL db
