Combining IF with AND

I'm trying to compare totals in 3 columns, in order to share expenses among three people, and then apply these totals to three different two-way relationships based on the totals (if one guy is in the black, then two are in the red and they each owe the first guy $; if two are in the black, then the third owes both of them $), so that two-way debts can also be figured in. Any ideas?

not quite sure what you're trying to do. could you give an example with
real values and your expected result?
