Combining cells

I want to combine the data that is in 5 different cells into one cell. The
one cell that has all the information in it will be in the barcode format.

LOT NUMBER DATE MACHINE # BATCH CODE PRODUCT #

ALL CELLS COMBINED INTO ONE BARCODE


i HAVE THE BARCODE FONT LOADED TO MY COMPUTER.
