Combing Fields in a PivotTable???

Ok, I have data taken from 94 students and it consits of major and hours
of sleep. I created a PivotTable but 2 of the majors don't have a lot of
data so I need to combine the 2 fields of ECON and FINANCE but I don't
know how. Anyone got any advice?
 
Try the group function. Drag one of the fields so one is directly under
the other, select both by mouse so they are highlighted/selected,
right-click ---> Group.
 
I still can't get this to work. Does anybody know if I have to adjust
the actual data or do something directly to the table? Anyone know
what to do?
