Combine the Customer names

I have a customer contact database, "Customer Name" , "Spause Name",
"Address"...., when i trying to pring a report i'd like to combine "Customer
Name & Spause Name", ie. "David Howe" & "Betty Howe", how to combine it into
"Daivd & Betty Howe", since they have the same last name, please help, thank
you.

I didn't post in again on purpose, i thought the first one didn't make it,
because the computer said something about error, so i wrote it again. i told
them i were sorry post it again.
