combine text in 2 cells to 1 cell

I have phone numbers I need to put together.
In column D is 3 numbers and in column E is 4 numbers.
I would like to put the numbers together in 1 cell with a hyphen
between them.
HYPHEN NOT IMPORTANT AND NOT MANDATORY.
What formula do I use to accomplish this?
