Combine data in columns from 2 tabs

Please show me how to combine data in columns from 2 different tabs:
TAB1
COL.A COL.B COL.C
RANK P/N S/N
1 A 27
28
2 B 12

TAB2
COL.A COL.B COL.C

Final data should look like:

It won't make any difference using formulas, if anything it is slower. If
you have duplicates
