Columns & tab movement have reversed themselves

Have a table database that worked great. I don't know what I did, but now
when I open it, it's displayed in reverse column order: Instead of from left
to right Column #1, #2, #3, #4, #5 (etc), it now begins with Column #5, then
#4, etc., as the first leftmost columns. The scroll bar is now on the left
side of the screen and the entire table appears to be aligned to the left
side of the screen with a large blank section on the right side (appears to
be reversed). Any idea how I can straighten this out? Your help will be
greatly appreciated.

When you post the same question to more than one newsgroup, it's
considered polite to post to both simultaneously, so that any answers
will also appear in both. Otherwise, people who look at one of the NGs
will not know what others have said.

I only entered the question on this News Group; I don't know if I could have
done something that caused it to go elsewhere; but thanks for the info.
Still looking for answer please.

Sorry; I thought you'd seen it on microsoft.public.access.tablesdesign,
where I first saw it.

I didn't post much of an answer there, but FWIW, what I said was...

When you type, does the text appear in Hebrew or Arabic? You may want
to change the "right-to-left" setting (if there is one under your Tools
--> Options) to "left-to-right". (I can't reproduce it on my system;
this is just a suggestion.)

Mr. Johns - Thanks, but I couldn't make it work. I went to Tools, Options,
International, Default Direction - Left to Right, General Alignment -
Interface Mode, and Cursor Movement - Logical. It didn't change anything. I
also tried using the other option (Right to Left, Text, etc). Nothing
changed. Anyone have any more ideas? I really appreciate your help!

Thanks for all the effort, but I stumbled into my answer. Go to Table
Properties, Orientation, Left to Right. Thanks all!!!

Thanks for sharing that -- my copy of Access doesn't even display that
choice (probably depends on my having chosen Windows system properties
allowing localization to a region where right-to-left text may be used).

Oops ... addendum to my previous message: although I didn't see this in
Access 2000, my copy of Access 2003 does have that feature, so it may
depend on the version you have.
