Columns not accessible

Someone else created the worksheet and the columns stop at "T". Then the
worksheet is blue where the columns of "U" "V" "W" etc would normally appear.
I cannot tab past column "T" nor can I insert any columns. How do I remove
the "blue shaded" area and restore the columns in the excel worksheet?

Thank you. However, selecting cell A1 and Unhide did not restore the
columns. I am not sure how this spreadsheet was set up. However, I cannot
see anything other than cell A1 or the designated columns. Any columns that
were shaded blue are no longer visible or accessible.
