columns into debits

Hi. I need to change 2 columns of listed currency amounts (several pages
worth) into debits without re-doing all. The columns were formatted but the
listed amounts were input w/o using the minus or ( ). Can this be done? Thank
you.

First order of business: find an Excel newsgroup. It's easy to get here by
mistake, but this one is for Q&A about Microsoft Access database software.
Go back to the Microsoft online interface, and keep scrolling until you find
the Excel newsgroups.
