Columns are labeled as numbers in the grid!!

Suddenly Excel is labeling my columns as 1,2,3,etc. instead of A,B,C, etc.
How do I change this back?

R1C1 has been enabled.

Tools>Options>General>R1C1 reference style. Uncheck this box.
