Select the data in the column.

Copy the data

Select the cell to begin the row then

Go to Edit - Paste Special - Transpose.
 
With your data in eg: A1:Z1 -

Select it. Copy it. Select A2. Edit >> Paste Special >> Transpose >> OK.
