Column Problems

I have Excel 2003 and the columns are labeled by numbers
instead of letters. How do I change the view back to
letters? Thanks

goto 'Tools - Options - General' and uncheck 'R1C1
reference style'
 
Hi Chris,

In 2000, that's controlled in "Tools/Options/General",
make sure the "R1C1" is cleared. Probably the same in
2003.
