Column letters replaced with numbers

My spreadsheets recently had their column names change
from letters to numbers. It is very aggrivating when
you're doing formulas.

Is this a symptom of a virus or a setting that can be
easily changed.

goto 'Tools - Options -View' and uncheck "R1C1 Reference Style"
