Column heading in Outlook

In my "Sent" folder, somehow I've changed the column "Sent
To" which should show the recipients name to "From" which
now displays my name on all the "Sent" emails. How do I
change that back to show the recipients name on each email?

You can start Outlook 1 time with the /cleanviews command line switch. This
will delete all custom views and reset the default views back to a first run
condition.

The other way to modify a view is to use (assuming Outlook 2003) View >
Arrange By > Current View > Define Views.
