Column headers have changed from letters to numbers

The column headers on my excel spreadsheets have converted to numbers. I am not sure how this happened and I can't seem to find away to convert them back... can anybody help???
 
Hi Molly!

Use:

Tools > Options > View
Remove check from "R1C1 Reference Style"
OK

goto 'Tools - Options -View' and uncheck "R1C1 Reference Style"
