Column Header Excel 2007

Hi,
my column (grid) headers have changed to numeric from letters. Anyone
know how to change them back

Sorry, replied as per XL2003
for XL2007
Click Office button>Excel Options>Formulas>Working with formulas>untick
R1C1 reference style
