I am currently using Excel 2003 and I would like some help with th
formulas. I have a spreadsheet that displays orders. These orders ar
placed Order 1, Order 2 and Order 3. I have made a sep column which i
titled Next Order Due. I am hoping one of you can give me a formul
that would display the next order which is due. In the orders colum
the orders that havent been received and are due will be highlighte
grey without an R standing for recieved. When they have been recive
they will obviouslly be blank and have an R in them. I hope that make
sense to you and I hope someone c an help me out. Thanks in advance

Hi
not really sure about your data layout. Can you post some example rows
(plain text - no attachments please)

Well for example
Next Order Due Order 1
A B C A B
C D
Order Date Due Type Order Date Due Type Got?

In the order 1 column would be details about an order and it would be
highlighted grey with nothing in the got box so it would then
automatically be copied into the next order due so I can tell what
order I have to chase n so forth. Then when i change the got box to
recieved it erases and the next order comes in.
