Colour coding calender items

Hi

is there some way of colour coding re-occuring items in a series. eg all the
wednesdya 4.00pm meetings in green? etc

I am running OL2000 with office 2000 using XP home.

I seem to remember that on my old laptop (running as above) I could do this.

Your old laptop must have been running Outlook 2002 or 2003, since 2002 was the first version with ad hoc color labels.
