Look at "Conditional Formatting" under the "Format" menu. Also,
check the help menu. If your stumped post back.

Sorry,

Conditional Formatting isn't even needed. Just select the cells and
choose Format -> Cells. Under the number tab in the Category select
"Number". Their you can choose the Negative Numbers format.
Choose on of the red ones.
