Colored outgoing emails

Hi ,
How i can colored my outgoing emails (The header ,the recepient and the
subject ) with RED color ?

Can't. Those are not part of the body of the message (where you can use
HTML provided the recipient enables HTML formatting).

If you mean that you want it to appear colored in the recipient's
Inbox, you can't do that.
 
Although you can of course send a message with 'High Importance' which might
duplicate the intent you're trying to achieve.

A flag in a column hardly equates to changing the background color of the
headers that are displayed as fields, if displayed, inside the particular
e-mail client that the recipient is using. The sender is probably trying to
be rude by making their e-mail more noticed than others, similar to the
bozos that use all caps in the Subject header of their posts in Usenet, and
instead probably results in getting their e-mails/posts ignored.
