Color Scheme, alternatives to the three?

The three options offered as Access 2007 color scheme are all inferior
to the way Office 2003 and all previous versions appeared. During the
beta there was apparently an option in the color scheme list that like
the prev office. I've not found any references to alternate schemes in
the release version?

They sure messed up with Access 2007, in so many ways.
 
Well to my knowledge there are only three. During the beta there were
initalially two options blue and black later silver was added.
