Color of Excel BEHIND the worksheets!!

I am going crazy here.. I'm working in Excel, and the background of Excel
(behind the workbook) is that awful BRIGHT kill your eyes light blue..

Is there anyway that I can change this??

Jen, try Ctrl + a to select all the cells, then format cells, patterns, and
change the color from there

Right-click on Desktop and "Properties"

Display settings for appearance, themes, desktop etc. are found here.

Excel will adjust itself to what you set as your options.

Note: these would be global changes and affect all applications injcludimg
Windows OS appearance.
