Color key for the boxes on FP 2003.

I can't seem to get the right combination of keywords to make FP 2003 Help
barf out the color scheme for the Navigation View. When a page is not
selected it is one of two colors: gray or yellow. What is the difference? Is
there a color key some place.

Perhaps barf is not the right word, but I'm not at all impressed with the
way that FP 2003 Help works. Perhaps I just have it installed poorly.

Grey means that you have selected that page to NOT be included in navigation
or link bars. [right click on page, select/deselect "Include in Link Bars"]
Yellow is normal - the page will be included in navigation bars.
