color in windows XP platform

HI there,
I would really appreciate somebody's help in fixing my Xp platform color
balance. I had installed a hardware for digital camera and after I did the
restar, the XP platform color (background and all programs color) does not
have the red in it - it has a bluish and yellowish tinge (even the start
button is yellowish green). what have I done wrong and how can I fix it?

Probably just a coincidence. Shutdown, and pull all the plugs from the wall outlet. Remove
the cover and reseat the video card. Double check the cable connection from the PC to the
monitor. Plug everything back in and startup. If the color is still missing RED, the monitor
probably went bad. See if you can borrow one to confirm. If the borrowed monitor is missing
RED too, your video card is shot. If the video is on the motherboard, time for a new PC.
