Color in Excel Formulas

I am using Office 2000 an wish to have the spreadsheet change the color based
on the value of the cell. If a calculation goes below a value it should be
red. If the value goes above another value it should be green. Otherwise it
should be black. Can this be done?

Check out the options in Format>Conditional Formatting.
